What exactly is a “Express pass”?
Our Design Express pass is a different project structure, similar to a design or project sprint. Rather than the full 4-8 week project process we work with you 1:1 and get that all done in a day! This allows you to jump the line of our longer projects and book an action-packed day filled with just addressing your immediate business design needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Process
Our Express pass is all about an efficient process. We streamline our workflow to give you the most value for your dollar and time!

First, we have you submit a request for one of our limited Express Day passes.

After we review your application we schedule a call to discuss your needs and ensure this service is the best fit for you.
You then select one of our available times for your Express Day and complete the deposit invoice.

Before your Express day begins we will have some homework. We need to know all about your business and design style. We will send you any forms or guides you need to share your business information and any relevant files before your day begins.

It’s time to get working! You have our focused attention for 7-8 hours (from 8 am - 5 pm EST). We usually start with a kick-off call to run through your priority to-do list.
Throughout the day we will send you emails and video calls for you to share feedback and inside into the project’s progress. You will get to see your design come to life in real time!
At the end of the day, we will wrap up and digitally send you all your newly created materials.

After our time together you’ll have 30 days of complimentary follow-up support on anything we created on your Express Day!
